This is a big deal. My mom comes from a family of 5 girls. They all live in Portland/surrounding areas now. It’s going to be bazaar to have 20 people at every social gathering now.
My great aunt was diagnosed with throat cancer today.
They don’t know how long she’ll live.
That awkward moment when your cousin brings his “friend” and she’s clearly wearing an engagement ring.
Sometimes you realize just how much your family are a bunch of hillbilly’s when they’re fighting over horse saddles after your great ex-uncle dies.
My family is extremely insane. Every year, we have Thanksgiving and most holiday’s at my aunt Peggy’s house, but this year we had it at my aunt Audrey’s. Originally, she was planning on making sandwiches for dinner and it was only when EVERY member of our family complained, did she change her mind. It’s ridiculous. I don’t understand how anyone would every think sandwiches would ever make up for Thanksgiving dinner. It felt wrong having it at a different house.
If you’re from around here, that’s a big deal.
They have a play room, which is bigger than my entire house.
And a basketball court.
I’m preparing myself for stuck-up people.
Today he was working on the garage and was on the ladder. He missed the last step, fell off the ladder and fell on top of the lawn mower.
The strongest man I know is becoming weak, rapidly.
